The role combines hunter and farmer sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling, territory management, market research, presentations, CRM management, contract negotiation, and customer relationship development. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of complex technology or public-safety sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to travel extensively.
