Fleximize is hiring a permanent, on-site Business Development Manager to develop and maintain relationships with introducers, generate quality funding applications, support applicants through the initial application stages, and contribute to monthly deployment targets. The role combines introducer relationship management, business development, sales, application support, compliance, and internal collaboration, with regular face-to-face introducer engagement and travel. Applicants must have at least one year of sales experience, a full valid driving licence, the ability to travel independently, and UK residency or legal right to work in the UK.
