Description
The Business Development Manager identifies, qualifies, and matures new Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and international defense business opportunities; develops government and industry customer relationships; monitors acquisition forecasts and procurement trends; analyzes competitors and market intelligence; supports strategic partnerships and contract vehicles; and transitions qualified opportunities to capture management. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of DoD or federal business development experience, knowledge of federal acquisition processes, and the ability to obtain a U.S. SECRET security clearance. It involves up to 35% travel, including overnight trips, and offers health, dental, and vision insurance for permanent full-time employees.
