Description
The Business Development Manager will join the Enterprise sales team as an individual contributor, driving revenue and profit growth through consultative selling, new-business development, RFP responses, account planning, and relationship management. The role requires a degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related discipline, 3–5 years of sales experience in e-commerce logistics, warehousing, trucking, courier, or freight forwarding, and a track record of exceeding sales quotas. The position also requires strong negotiation, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with MS Office proficiency; AI proficiency is a plus.
