Igloo is hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to identify, prospect, and close deals with distribution partners and insurance companies; manage new economy and legacy distribution channels; coordinate onboarding with product, compliance, and legal teams; and provide country intelligence on consumption trends. The role requires a bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent, 5–7 years of corporate insurance experience, strong communication and networking skills, and is based in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi.
