IP Corporation is hiring a Business Development Manager, Molding Products to drive profitable growth in composite and molding markets through market expansion, new customer acquisition, and application development. The role partners with OEMs, custom molders, and Tier suppliers; develops thermoset composite solutions with R&D; establishes growth targets; and leads technical-commercial sales from initial engagement through commercialization. The position is based in South Bend, Indiana, with remote work and extensive travel, including up to 80% travel and the ability to work in an office environment.
