LingaTech is hiring a full-time Business Development Manager to own the Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia public-sector technology territory. The role focuses on activating government staffing contract vehicles, expanding relationships with CIOs, procurement officials, MSPs, prime contractors, and agency executives, monitoring RFX opportunities, and selling IT staffing, staff augmentation, and project-based technology services. The position is fully remote with regular regional travel and requires public-sector technology sales experience, existing regional government relationships, and knowledge of government procurement and staffing contract vehicles.
