LION is hiring a Business Development Manager – Wine for a 12-month fixed-term contract to grow its premium wine portfolio across New Zealand’s on-premise market. The role focuses on identifying and converting new business, expanding distribution and visibility, building hospitality partnerships, developing commercial propositions, and sharing wine expertise with the wider sales team. The position is preferably based in Auckland and requires strong wine knowledge, commercial sales and business development experience, familiarity with the New Zealand on-premise channel, and strong relationship-building and coaching skills.
