Seacoast 2 Summit Vacation Rentals is hiring a full-time Business Development Manager to lead homeowner acquisition across the Seacoast New Hampshire region. The role builds relationships with referral partners, generates and nurtures leads, manages prospective homeowners through property assessment, proposal, negotiation, and close, and contributes to acquisition strategy and sales-playbook development. It requires at least three years of sales or business development experience, local travel, and a valid driver’s license; the position offers a $50,000 base salary with uncapped commission and on-target earnings of $120,000 to $150,000, plus health insurance and other benefits.
