Loureiro Engineering Associates is hiring a full-time Business Development Manager in Plainville, Connecticut. The role focuses on growing the industrial and manufacturing client base, especially through environmental health and safety services, by researching markets and competitors, generating and pursuing leads, managing client relationships, supporting RFQ/P submissions, attending industry events, and coordinating with cross-functional project teams. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, 3–5 years of business development experience with manufacturing or industrial clients, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication, organizational, creative, multitasking, and teamwork abilities. Engineering experience and environmental health and safety sales experience are preferred.
