The role focuses on developing new business, growing an international partner network, managing strategic accounts, representing the company at trade shows, leading the full sales cycle, and meeting revenue and growth targets. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, 5–10+ years of international business development and relationship-building experience, and a proven record closing complex technical deals. The position requires at least one week of travel per month, with approximately 75% of work in North America and 25% internationally; experience in ocean technology, satellite, or environmental sectors is an asset.
