Freedom Group is hiring a full-time Business Development Manager for its Power Division in London or Leeds. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and securing major energy infrastructure projects involving grid connections, battery energy storage systems, and data centre power infrastructure. The manager will build relationships with utilities, developers, network operators, EPC contractors, and industrial energy users; collaborate with technical teams; manage opportunities through the pre-construction phase; and support the division’s growth strategy. The position requires proven technical sales and business development experience in the UK energy sector, knowledge of BESS and data centre infrastructure, and strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
