Okane is hiring a full-time Business Development Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage client relationships, lead proposals and commercial negotiations, develop regional strategic partnerships, and support marketing and community engagement in Canada and the United States. The role is based in Calgary or Saskatoon, or remote from Vancouver, with compensation of $130,000-$155,000, up to 30% travel, and requires experience in business development or professional services in mining, energy, or environmental consulting, plus a degree or diploma in engineering, geological, or environmental sciences.
