Optimal Maintenance & Construction is hiring a full-time, permanent Business Development Manager in London to drive growth across property management, social housing, commercial, care, insurance works, and other sectors. The role involves developing new business, managing client relationships and sales pipelines, creating strategic plans, attending networking events, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining CRM systems, negotiating agreements, and supporting account management. Candidates should have a proven business development or account management record, sales and forecasting experience, a relevant professional network, strong communication and negotiation skills, and experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. The position offers a £35,000–£40,000 base salary plus an uncapped bonus, with an OTE of £60,000+ and benefits including profit sharing, pension, annual leave, and career progression.
