SGS is hiring a Business Development Manager to grow its Human Risk Management services across the GCC. The role focuses on developing new business, selling digital KYC and KYE, background screening, due diligence, and third-party risk solutions, managing the full sales cycle, and building relationships with compliance, risk, HR, procurement, and C-level stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least five years of B2B business development or sales experience in the GCC, experience selling to regulated or multinational clients, an existing network in finance, IT, or luxury, and the ability to live in the UAE without relocation support.
