Description
SOCOTEC is hiring a full-time Business Development Manager to grow its engineering, architecture, construction, and infrastructure consulting practice in the Mid-Atlantic region, including Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Northern Virginia, and the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The role develops client relationships, identifies and tracks opportunities, coordinates proposals and pricing, supports strategic account development, and reports to the President while participating in the Management Team. The position requires at least 10 years of business development, sales, or account management experience, a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, with approximately two to three overnight stays per month and a minimum of two office days per week.
