Description
Sensience is hiring a Business Development Manager to expand its presence in North American electrification, power systems, and industrial OEM equipment markets. The role builds relationships with OEMs and engineering teams, engages stakeholders early in product development, secures design specifications and preferred supplier status, develops sensing and sealing solutions, tracks market intelligence, coordinates internal teams, and supports sales planning. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, at least 7 years of relevant experience, technical knowledge of sensing and industrial systems, and approximately 40–50% travel across North America. The position does not provide work authorization sponsorship.
