The role develops and closes new business, manages CRM opportunities, leads RFQ and RFP responses, implements multi-site service agreements, monitors market conditions, and collaborates with laboratory, quality, and project management teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, at least three years of business development or sales experience in calibration or related services, and knowledge of regulatory quality frameworks.
