Description
Willowglen Systems is hiring a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the North American passenger rail and transit market. The individual contributor will identify and qualify greenfield and brownfield opportunities, develop strategic account plans, build relationships with transit authorities, rail operators, OEMs, EPC firms, and consultants, influence SCADA and operational technology specifications, lead customer presentations, and support proposals and negotiations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant business development, sales, or account management experience, an established North American rail and transit network, and 50% travel.
