Xperience is hiring a remote Business Development Manager to build new business across Managed IT, Cyber Security, and Data & AI for SMEs. The role owns new-logo revenue targets, outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, consultative selling, tender and RFP execution, forecasting, and clean handover to delivery and account management. It requires at least five years of technology or IT-services new-business sales experience, a UK driving licence, willingness to travel, and UK right to work; no visa sponsorship is available.
