Cove is hiring a Business Development Manager in Bali for a six-month contract with potential for permanent employment. Reporting to the Director of Investment, the role sources real estate opportunities, conducts feasibility, market, pricing, and pro-forma analysis, leads deal structuring and negotiations, manages legal documentation, and supports refurbishment projects. Candidates should have tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, at least four years of business development experience, end-to-end deal transaction experience, and preferably local residential or hospitality market knowledge and a network of agents, landlords, and developers.
