Yell is hiring Business Development Managers for its Field Sales team to prospect for new clients, conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations, tailor digital marketing solutions, negotiate and close deals, manage accounts for up to 12 months after sale, and analyze data to improve client ROI. The role requires a proven sales record, strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, excellent presentation skills, and a full UK driving license with no more than 6 points. Compensation includes a base salary of £35,875, an OTB of £53,875, and a car allowance of £5,200 or £6,200 depending on the car.
