Yell is hiring Business Development Managers for its Field Sales team to prospect for new clients, conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations, tailor digital marketing solutions, negotiate and close deals, manage client relationships, and analyze data to improve client ROI. The role requires a proven sales track record, strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, excellent presentation skills, and a full UK driving license with no more than 6 points. Compensation includes a base salary of £35,875, a car allowance of £5,200 or £6,200 depending on the car, and uncapped earnings, along with holiday, pension, referral, wellbeing, and other benefits.
