Description
The Business Development Manager - Construction serves as a strategic and technical liaison between ARaymond and key clients, leading technical discovery, product and application opportunities, customer relationships, negotiations, and deal closure. The role also manages the construction segment’s business plan, roadmap, budget, KPIs, pricing, forecasting, product promotion, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with engineering, sales, industrialization, and leadership teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field, at least five years of business development or sales experience, and five years of mechanical engineering or product development experience; the position is office-based with up to 50% domestic and international travel.
