Description
SmartDev is hiring a full-time, remote BDM – Europe to acquire net-new logos across an assigned European territory and verticals. The role owns outbound prospecting, partner-sourced introductions, full-cycle new-logo sales, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and quota attainment for AI solutions and engineering services. It requires 7+ years of B2B new-business sales experience, fluency in English, and CRM proficiency; regulated-industry and EU AI Act familiarity are advantageous. The position is structured as an independent consultant under an approved 2026 commission plan.
