The role focuses on consultative sales, client relationship development, financial analysis, negotiation, documentation, risk management, and cross-selling PNC’s HSA, FSA, HRA, student debt, earned wage access, and other financial wellness solutions. Candidates should have relevant employer benefits or financial wellness sales experience, a bachelor’s degree or comparable education and experience, and strong client relationship and sales skills.
