SDV Construction is hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to develop commercial construction opportunities and relationships with owners, developers, architects, consultants, and industry partners across New Mexico and the Southwest. The role involves qualifying pursuits, creating win strategies, coordinating with executive leadership, estimating, and operations, and supporting projects from initial conversations through contract award and beyond. Candidates need a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent building experience, commercial construction opportunity experience, knowledge of the construction lifecycle and contract delivery strategies, analytical and CRM skills, and regional travel ability. The position requires regular presence in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with hybrid and remote flexibility depending on seasonality and roles.
