Americhem is hiring a Business Development Manager – Healthcare to identify and advance new business opportunities in the masterbatch and engineered compounds markets. The role develops qualified leads and strategic partnerships, manages opportunities through commercialization, supports key accounts and cross-selling, collaborates with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Product Management, and Operations, and maintains CRM activity and pipeline reporting. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of experience in business development, technical sales, or commercial strategy, and preferably experience in plastics, polymer, or chemical manufacturing.
