The role focuses on building owner-direct relationships, scoping service projects, preparing proposals, managing a sales pipeline, and collaborating with estimating, engineering, and project management teams. Candidates need 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in mechanical or HVAC services, knowledge of HVAC systems and project lifecycles, Salesforce experience, and the ability to travel regularly. The position requires full-time U.S. work authorization without future employment sponsorship.
