Description
Toyota is hiring a Business Development Manager for its hydrogen ecosystem solutions team to manage hydrogen-related software products, lead customer acquisition, and oversee product development from roadmap creation through release. The role coordinates software engineers, data analysts, stakeholders, and external partners; supports product demonstrations and data collection; and manages customer POCs and project opportunities. Candidates should have a STEM-related bachelor's degree, 3–5+ years of project management or product ownership experience, 3–5+ years of sales or customer acquisition experience, Japanese and English proficiency, and familiarity with Japan’s energy, manufacturing, transportation, and related industries.
