Blue Canyon Technologies is hiring a full-time Business Development Manager II to support aerospace and space product lines by leading capture and proposal campaigns, evaluating RFI/RFP requirements, coordinating cross-functional proposal teams, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining CRM records, and supporting contract transitions. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or related technical experience, 4–5+ years of relevant experience, commercial RFP/RFI response experience, and expertise with Microsoft Office. It is an onsite position in Boulder or Lafayette, Colorado, with approximately 25% expected travel, and offers a $105,000–$160,000 pay range plus health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and parental leave benefits.
