Description
Spear Bio is hiring Business Development Managers to introduce its ultrasensitive immunoassay portfolio to life sciences and CRO customers across the EMEA region. The role involves presenting technology solutions, managing customer funnels, supporting demos and technical follow-up, providing technical support to key opinion leaders, collaborating with marketing and assay services, and achieving quota and market-share targets. Candidates must be based in Europe, such as London or Germany, have an MS or PhD in a relevant science field, and possess 6–12+ years of technical sales or business development experience. Approximately 30–40% travel is expected.
