The knaps GmbH is hiring a Business Development Manager for its L&D and Change Management business. The role works closely with the managing director to identify growth opportunities, develop customer relationships, prepare tailored learning, training, and change solutions, support customer meetings, monitor market trends, contribute to marketing content, and improve internal processes. The position is based in the company’s Berlin office and requires several years of experience in business development, consulting, learning and development, change management, organizational development, or a comparable interface role, along with strong presentation, communication, and German and English skills.
