mta robotics is hiring a Business Development Manager to develop its German market in the Integrators & OEMs segment. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships, acquiring and developing customers, providing technical consulting, positioning soldering and dispensing solutions, and owning revenue and pipeline growth. The position is based in Balgheim, Germany, with approximately 50% travel to customers throughout Germany, and requires several years of technical sales experience, a relevant industry network, negotiation skills, and native German and excellent English.
