Axis Communications is hiring a Business Development Manager, LATAM to identify new markets and customers, develop end-to-end security solutions, grow strategic relationships, educate integrators and distributors, lead technology initiatives, and promote AXIS software and hardware across Latin America. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 5–10 years of security-industry experience, expertise in video management, IT architecture, cybersecurity, and IoT solutions, strong sales and presentation skills in Spanish and English, and approximately 50–80% travel.
