OptoBioLabs is hiring a part-time-to-full-time Business Development Manager to identify researchers using light-based research, convert them into qualified leads, follow up, and hand warm conversations to the CEO. The role includes a smaller share of routine sales administration, requires a relevant biology or related degree and strong written English, and offers flexible hours with remote days possible after onboarding. Compensation is €21,000–25,000 gross per year for the 50% start, with the same full-time equivalent rate of €42,000–50,000 gross per year.
