The role focuses on growing Premium Recycled Pulp in non-tissue applications, identifying market opportunities, developing qualified leads, building sustainable B2B customer relationships, shaping pricing strategies, and contributing to scalable business models. Candidates need a relevant degree, at least six years of experience in packaging, speciality paper, moulded fibre, or a comparable industrial B2B market, strong networking and stakeholder-management skills, English proficiency, and experience with CRM systems.
