Description
The Business Development Manager serves as the primary interface between customers and suppliers, executing supplier strategy and managing the complete sales cycle to maximize revenue, gross profit, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supplier and channel-partner engagement, credit management, order processing, accounts receivable collections, pipeline and inventory management, market development, partner training, and deal coaching. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, and frequent travel of 50%. It is based in a distribution-center or professional office environment and may involve extreme temperatures, noise, high places, wet conditions, outside weather, non-standard hours, overtime, and on-call availability.
