Gallagher is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth for its perimeter fencing solutions across Africa. Reporting to the Head of Perimeter Fencing – Africa, Asia & Middle East, the role focuses on developing distributor and channel partnerships, winning major projects and tenders, building relationships with customers and government agencies, coaching partners, shaping product strategy, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product. The position requires international sales, business development, territory management, channel-partner, and complex consultative sales experience, along with strong relationship-building and commercial skills; regular travel throughout Africa is expected.
