Devoteam is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive market expansion in Belgium by prospecting, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities. The role focuses on positioning Devoteam’s software and platform engineering services, particularly Red Hat OpenShift and Ansible Automation Platform, for large-scale digital transformation and modern application delivery. The manager will own the full sales cycle, develop a Belgian territory strategy, lead complex bids, and pursue CIO, CTO, product, and engineering decision-makers. The position requires a strong track record of generating new business in IT services, consultative selling, and fluency in French, Dutch, and English.
