General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada is hiring a Business Development Manager, International Tactical Communications and Information Systems (TacCIS) to own the end-to-end growth pipeline for a defined geographic region. The role covers market and competitor analysis, defence procurement opportunities, business cases, strategic planning, partner and ecosystem development, proposal and solution alignment, thought leadership, and negotiations. It requires a bachelor’s degree, defence-industry experience, international defence sales experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian government security clearance. The position offers on-site or hybrid work, a hiring range of $140,000–$165,000, and a management incentive plan.
