Ajax Systems is hiring a Business Development Manager in the UAE to develop and execute a strategic business-development plan, identify and onboard new partners and business opportunities, manage key client and partner relationships, conduct market research, negotiate contracts, and meet sales targets. The role requires at least five years of commercial experience in business and sales management within the electronic security industry, strong technical knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection, and conversational English and Arabic.
