Central States Manufacturing is hiring a field-based Business Development Manager to manage and grow existing customer accounts, acquire new accounts, develop territory plans, and drive revenue growth within an assigned territory. The role involves customer relationship management, product training, CRM documentation, trade-show representation, quality issue resolution, and collaboration with sales, operations, quality, and marketing teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, three years of sales and field-sales experience, and three years of CRM experience; metal industry experience is preferred.
