Description
The employer is hiring a mid-level Finance Relationship Manager in Lagos to build and maintain HNI and retail deposit portfolios, convert prospects into business partnerships, manage client portfolios and relationships, prepare client activity reports, implement deposit-mobilization strategies, attend industry events, and provide market insights. The role requires 3–4 years of similar finance experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, a record of meeting fund-mobilization targets, and strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Remuneration is NGN 400,000–500,000 monthly net, with performance awards, retention benefits, HMO, and pension.
