Description
The Business Development Officer II develops new deposit, loan, and treasury business for a target market, manages customer relationships and an active pipeline, supports loan growth and profitability, monitors loan portfolios, and collaborates with credit, branch, and regional teams. The role is intended for an incumbent in the learning and growth stage, with mentorship from an experienced Account Officer, and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, intermediate banking knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license.
