Enpal is hiring a Business Development Intern to build operational workflows, automate manual processes, analyze data, and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships. The role is based in Milan, offers a six-month paid internship with a €800 gross participation allowance, and provides training in automation, data analysis, AI tools, and end-to-end project execution. Candidates need fluent Italian, a degree, and evidence of building something from an idea; experience with CRM, programming, or data analysis tools is preferred but not required.
