Description
The Energy Efficiency Program Manager leads commercial and industrial energy-efficiency business development across the New Jersey territory, manages vendor and employee performance, oversees program processes and compliance, monitors KPIs, and advocates with community and trade-association partners. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree or 9+ years of experience, vendor and cross-functional leadership experience, energy-efficiency or electric-vehicle program experience, and a valid US driver's license. It is a hybrid position based at 80 Park Plaza in Newark, New Jersey, requiring at least three days per week in the office plus field work.
