BSI is hiring a Business Development Representative to generate leads, research business trends, build relationships with decision-makers, set meetings, and support the sales process for environmental, health and safety services. The role can be performed from any of the company’s U.S. offices with work-from-home flexibility and requires an 8 AM–5 PM Central Time schedule. Candidates should have 2–5 years of phone-sales experience, strong research and networking skills, familiarity with CRM systems, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The position offers a salary of $70,000 to $90,000 annually plus health and dental benefits, disability coverage, a 401(k) match, life insurance, holidays, and paid time off.
