8am is hiring a Business Development Representative for its 8am Sales Team to conduct outbound telephone prospecting, identify and prioritize sales opportunities, build relationships with cold or inactive accounts, maintain a sales database, support marketing campaigns, and document activity in Salesforce. The role requires technology or software sales experience, strong communication and research skills, and the ability to work from Austin, Texas at the company’s headquarters three times per week. Compensation is $50,000–$52,000 USD annually plus uncapped commission, with medical, dental, and vision coverage.
