Accela is hiring a full-time Business Development Representative in the Kansas City Metro area to prospect for new business, qualify leads, set appointments, research prospects, maintain CRM records, and support sales campaigns. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and goal-setting skills, basic sales and customer-service knowledge, and 10–15% travel. The annual base salary is $50,000–$65,000, with an annual bonus target and benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other well-being plans.
